There are three core types of Blockvatar—common, rare, super rare. Each type has its own unique background pattern, sets and traits. Every set has its own theme, some with hidden Easter Eggs.

  • Common

    30 sets with 150 unique traits of head, eyes, mouth, outfit and item.

  • Rare

    28 sets with 140 unique traits of head, eyes, mouth, outfit and item.

  • Super Rare

    26 sets with 130 unique traits of head, eyes, mouth, outfit and item.

  • Crypto Summer

    1st to 31st July
    15 sets with 75 unique traits of crypto-themed head, eyes, mouth, outfit and item.

  • Halloween

    15th Oct to 15th Nov
    15 sets with 75 unique traits of spooky-themed head, eyes, mouth, outfit and item.

  • Christmas

    1st to 31st Dec
    15 sets with 75 unique traits of Xmas-themed head, eyes, mouth, outfit and item.
A total of 60 unique traits of background and body colors are shared across all types.

What is an NFT?

NFT stands for “Non-fungible token”, a token that can be used to represent a unique digital item whose ownership is proven and managed by a blockchain.

Why Polygon network?

We need an EVM-compatible blockchain that is scalable, fast and cheap. Polygon (MATIC) fits the bill.

How many Blockvatars are there in total?

There is no cap on the number of Blockvatars that can be on the blockchain. We want everyone to own a Blockvatar and not just a few thousand people. Moon is the limit!

What is a Blockvatar set?

A set is a perfect Blockvatar where its head, eyes, mouth, outfit and item belong to the same set/theme. For example, an "Ape" Blockvatar set has an ape (head), bored (eyes), ape (mouth), ape suit (outfit) and captain hat (item).

How many Blockvatars can I mint?

You can mint as many as you want but only one at a time (per transaction).

What can I do with my Blockvatars?

You can do whatever you want with the Blockvatars that you own or any other Blockvatars. All Blockvatar assets are licensed under CC0, unless stated otherwise.

Can I trade my Blockvatars?

Of course! But keep in mind that for any trades on the secondary market, a 10% royalty fee will be imposed. The royalties from each sale will go to the minter’s wallet which funds the gas fees for all the free claims.

What is the roadmap for Blockvatar?

There is no roadmap or utility for Blockvatar because it is meant to be a fun collectible NFT project.
